The local delegation of the Italian Academy of Cuisine has chosen Li Neuli Country Club, in San Pantaleo, as the ideal location to exchange Christmas greetings.
Special guests of the event: the world champion of ice cream, Sergio Colalucci, the world champion of pizza, Max Moresi and Roberto Zarelli of the Zarelli Winery in Bosa, producer of one of the best expressions of the malvasia of Planargia.
The Italian Academy of Cuisine is one of the most prestigious cultural associations in Italy, founded in 1953 in Milan by Orio Vergani, Dino Buzzati, Luigi Bertett, Marino Parenti and recognized as the "Cultural Institution" of the Italian Republic.
