The Mav SOHO concept is born from the desire to revisit the typical dishes of the Bel Paese cuisine – combining tradition and creativity – aiming to offer a modern and truly unique culinary experience, within a context characterized by an Italian aesthetic taste.

An integral part of the location is the Salumeria area, which offers a selection of freshly cut Italian cured meats and cheeses, ideal for brunch or a light lunch, as well as an interesting selection of Piedmontese truffles.

The Wine & Drink List is created by our professional Sommeliers and Barmen with a strong Italian style. It includes the best local wine excellences and a captivating proposal of classic and signature cocktails, to be sipped without haste and with a pleasant background music.

The first Mav SOHO Restaurant was born in New York and is integrated into the elegant Boutique Hotel Hugo, in the heart of Manhattan.
